We've updated the support and fixed issues some users were having where registration confirmation emails were not being sent. Users can now log back and resend their confirmation emails to be able to submit tickets via the online help desk. You can also submit help desk tickets by emailing support@wtdt.com

On Friday 1/14/2011 WaveTech launched Premier Support options. This on demand per incident support contract spans all of WaveTech's products. Premier Support allows you to buy as needed priority support for your issues, instead of using the normal support channels. Please supply your Plimus reference number when submitting a support contract so you is tracked properly.

We are upgrading our support and knowledge base portal over the long weekend. The upgrade should be seamless and any currently active tickets will stay in the system in their current state. We hope to have everything fully operational by Sunday 1/14/2011.
